Loving Yourself

 Sweet
children, your heart blossoms with the
gentle touch of my love. You may blossom
with the gentle touch of your own love. It
is most desirable for you to learn to love
yourselves enough to open your own hearts,
to look within for your answers, and your
joy and your peace. There is nothing that I
have that you don’t already own. All the
love of the universe is within each and
every heart. There is no being, no Christ or
Buddha, no one angel who has any more power
or love than you do. The difference is the
knowing and the belief and the love of self.
And, as you choose to really honor who you
are and who you came to be and love yourself
completely as I do, all the gifts of your
spirit open up to you.
Loving yourself is a path. It is not
something you accomplish the moment you’re
born. It is something you learn to grow
into. Loving yourself is acknowledging the
God within; knowing that God has never been
outside you, knowing that as you come into
your heart you become One - with God, with
the universe, with everyone in it. And, not
just with humans – all the animals, all the
kingdoms, all the plants and the minerals.
There is no such thing as an inanimate
object. Everything that you see and feel and
even imagine, has life and energy flowing
through it and to it and from it. And, every
plant and animal and rock all know
themselves as love. Humans are spiritual
beings who forget who they are. They see
through veils that mask the pure spirit and
spark of divine creation they truly are.
I ask you to choose to remember, to take
back your power-not a power that you have
ever lost, just the power you forgot was
yours. I ask you to remember, to know that
your true selves are the magnificent sparks
that come from the heart of God, the heart
of Creator, the love that sparked the entire
universe. This is the same spark that lives
within you – that you were created from-
that is at your fingertips to use. And,
everything you are comes from this spark and
is fueled by it. To see it outside yourself
only limits your capacity, but does not
diminish your beauty.
Open your hearts to the divine creation of
you. See your own beauty- not only in your
own face, but see it reflected in the eyes
of every one you meet. As everyone comes to
you in your life, no matter what you feel
and experience, they come in love. And, as
you shift your perception, as you love
yourself more, you will see the love in
their eyes and you will understand that love
is all
anyone ever offers you- no matter
what shape it takes.
I ask you to hold my rose in your heart- a
pink rose, and place all your cares and
worries of pain and doubt and fear inside
the rose. See it enfold all these worries
and cares. And, caress and dissolve and
transmute all of the pain into light and
joy. And, as it opens again, see your
beauty, your light in the center of this
rose. And, know that all it has ever been is
the divine love of One.
Be who you came to be- magnificent creatures
of love. And, share this love with everyone
you meet, knowing that as you give it, you
receive it- you expand your own heart and
your own capacity to receive the love that
you so desire. Namaste. |
Open Your Hearts

Children of light, I come to you this day
with a heart of peace, of joy, of gladness.
I ask you now to open your own hearts in the
pursuit of all you are seeking. Whatever it
is, however elusive it may seem to you, your
heart's desire is but a breath away. With an
open heart, all thoughts and choices are put
into motion. So dear ones, choose carefully,
think purposefully, step gently where others
tread.
Open within you, the loving and compassion.
Embrace fully what you came to be - love!
You have no fear and no worry too great for
love to heal. You have only love - in all of
your existence, it is the truth of every
thought, every encounter, every moment.
Many times, you lose yourself along the way
to your goals and desires. If you will
believe that always and in all ways, you
have love with you, within you, supporting
you, you will become what you seek - you
will be the love. The key to manifesting
anything is to infuse it with love-
so be it!
With every breath, every heartbeat, infuse
your world with love- not the love you call
in from without- but the love you are. Send
this love into the depths of your own heart
and soul - you must start with yourself -
for your view within shapes and colors your
world- your reality is a direct reflection
of the love you hold, open to and share.
As within, without~
Be gentle with yourselves dear ones~
Let go of judgment and pain-
Embrace your own heart.
It is your guide, your path, your Home.

Holding Your Love

Children of my heart, keepers of my flame,
bringers of the dawn, allow your hearts to
open. Breathe deeply and with each breath,
allow my love to infuse you, to remind you
and to bring a smile to your lips, that yes,
the love that I hold for you is the love
you’ve been longing for. The love that I
hold for you is really yours. I hold it
because you wish to see it through me. So
many on your planet believe that I as well
as others hold the power and the love, the
Christ-like love, the God-like love, the
perfect love that you’ve been taught of for
years. You believe we hold it – and so, we
do. But, not because you can not hold it-
only because we hold it until you believe
that you can hold it perfectly as well. And,
once you believe that, our job will be
fulfilled.
We were beings such as yourself, Jesus
Sinanda, myself, Mary Magdalene and many
others. All through time- the Buddha, Allah,
Quan Y’in; all the beings that you hold on a
pedestal, have all taken on the task and the
responsibility of teacher. And, all of the
teachings have been to hold space until all
of humanity could choose to hold their own
love within their own hearts. This is our
only task. Everything that we’ve done, all
that we do now, is holding space, is holding
love, and is holding your heart until you
wish to own it again.
There is no task more important and there is
no greater fear on Earth than not being
worthy or able to be lovable and loving. So
many of you feel pain because you believe
that love is something to be acquired- that
it must come to you in the shape of another.
Go into your hearts and know that the peace
you seek is yours. The peace you seek is
right in front of you. The love that has
been so elusive, has been under your nose
all the time.
When you see love in another’s eyes or in
another form or outside yourself, it is only
because you have allowed yourself to expand
your consciousness far enough that you could
see into another’s eyes and see your own
reflection. Everything in your life is your
reflection.
Every perception, every physical
manifestation and every emotion- it is all
your doing. Yes, everyone has a different
reality because everyone’s perception is
what they experience. Energy follows
thought. But, everyone’s reality is so much
illusion. The real reality is the love.
The illusion, the veils you need to see
through, are what so many here call reality-
all your pain, doubt, fear, feelings of
unworthiness and being undeserving. This is
a universe of love. Your hell is your
perception. And, as soon as you choose to
shift it, as soon as you own the truth
that’s within your own heart, everything
changes. All the love you seek becomes yours
immediately.
Do not find fault with yourself for not
shifting your perception immediately-
because that’s not being loving for
yourself. Instead, celebrate and honor every
baby step you take. And, notice and become
the observer and see how well you’re doing
as you shift one perception at a time. Don’t
be afraid. Don’t be afraid. Every time you
feel fear, ask yourself if you want to
choose to feel fear, or if you’re ready to
release it. And, choose love. And, ask
yourself, “What is the most loving way I can
perceive this?” And then allow yourself to
take the leap of faith and the jump to
believe. Even if your mind doesn’t want to
go there, let your heart take you to the
place where you jump, where you say, “O.K. I
choose love and I choose to open myself to
what it can look like. And, I don’t need to
worry and I don’t need to be in pain
anymore.”
I give you back your heart and I ask you to
place it inside your own being- to take it
gently and lovingly, passionately and
purposefully, and place it where you need it
most- within. Namaste. |
Message of Freedom

Sweet children, it is I, Mary. I come to you
this day with open arms, with love in my
heart, with a message of freedom- freedom
within your own heart and souls, to choose
your bliss, your personal ecstasy. And no,
it is not a strong word. It is one I want
you to get used to and wear it comfortably.
Your joy is of your own design and choosing.
Imagine and fill yourself with as much joy
as you can possibly fathom. Every type of
joy, every imagining of bliss, of peace, of
love- you’re capable of owning it, creating
it and keeping it.
Loving yourself as I love you will take you
where you want to go. Think about the love I
feel for you. There is no doubt, no
judgment, no pain, no restriction, no
stipulations or conditions- only pure
flowing liquid love. There is no way you can
separate yourself from my love. You can
choose to change the shape, but you cannot
stop it. As I love you, it flows around you,
through you, within and without. You may
perceive it however you wish, and I ask you,
in your perception, to choose all the bliss
and peace, comfort and nourishment you can
imagine.
And ask yourself still after doing this, to
open, to expand your perception of these
wonderful states of being, further and
further. Ask your higher self to open you to
even more wonderful places, more wonderful
states of bliss than you’ve ever dreamed
possible- because as you imagine it, you
bring it to yourself. But, if you can’t
imagine it, you choose only what you know.
So, you choose clearly to bring to yourself
the joy you do not know yet, choose to bring
to yourself, all the love and light of the
universe in its myriad of forms- the ones
you’re aware of and the ones you’re not
aware of. And, trust that they, too, will
fill you with light. Opening to this, a new
idea of the unknown beauty of the universe,
raises your vibration, raises the Earth, and
ascension comes just by you being open to
more.
Imagine yourself in an ice cream parlor,
before Baskin-Robbins and all you knew of
was vanilla and chocolate and strawberry,
and you could dream about these flavors all
day long, but you knew nothing of all the
different flavors that were yet to come.
But, they were all wonderful and delicious
and nourishing to your taste. Imagine though
that there are so many wonders of the
universe- so many more levels of ecstasy
that you have never imagined or tapped into.
They are not reserved only for the masters
or the higher dimensions. It is time for you
to bring this to your dimension and to
ground it and anchor it. I ask you to open
your minds and your hearts and allow, simply
allow. I leave you now in love and peace. I
give you my rose to hold in your heart. I
love you. Namaste. |
Choose Your Bliss

It is I, Mary, who speaks to you this day. I
come in love, I come in peace, I come in the
knowledge that bliss is yours for the
choosing. You need not wait by hanging on to
the illusion that it is outside your reach
or that others must bring it to you. Your
sweetest dreams and most fervent desires are
held within your own soul, right under your
own nose - in your hearts.
Peace and understanding surround you in
every moment. Which veil/filter you choose
to perceive through is all that limits you -
and these limits are always self-imposed
choices.
Everyone you meet comes to you for and in
love. Look at everyone this way. It is all
it can ever be - only LOVE. Would you
believe otherwise dear ones? Do you really
wish it any other way?
I stand before you with arms outstretched -
give me your doubts and fears, for they are
not a burden to me. Give me your hopes and
dreams and I will return them to you without
limitation, without pain, without doubt -
once again weightless. So many of you tie
unnecessary conditions/weights if you will,
to your heart's desire - they are like sand
bags that keep you from your destination.
Cut the ties that bind you. Your cords are
only the fears - the unraveling fringe of
the veil you choose in each moment. As you
release these, you will soar. Do not fear
where you will go - for the arms of God
reach everywhere and everyone.
Hold your hopes and dreams as your reality.
Live as if they are already manifest. Love
yourself as I love you, as God loves you, as
YOU ARE this LOVE in all ways for all time.
