The Choice of One

Today we have a choice:

To become the light beings we are ~

To shine forth in God’s gracious glory ~

To forgive each trespass against us ~

To fully enjoy and embrace each waking moment ~

To teach every child of their inner beauty, wisdom and grace ~

To touch the hearts and souls of all we meet
with the light of our love ~

To send joy and rapture forth from our core ~

To fill the world with enticing strands of love and devotion
for an undivided and unified heart ;

A heart that will expand as a mighty ocean
whose waves pound and wash away self-doubt and hatred,

Surging again and again until the waters are illumined
with the power of the One .


One heart,
One mind,
One light,
One joy,
One passion,
One beloved,
One belief,
One moment,
One now,
One pulse,

The Infinite ONE.
