With Love In My Heart

 
There are many ways to love and
They all lead us to truth.
And, whatever we choose along the way,
Greater self-love is the proof.

No matter the pain, the trials and the strife,
As we wallow through it, it serves our life.
We grow so much stronger and wiser indeed,
As we follow our heart and let it take the lead.
And, as we do, the joy and the gain,
Diminish the memories of tough times and pain.

I’m grateful for the way love flows through my heart,
And for all the times I’ve made a fresh start.
For in being vulnerable, I’ve found strength,
To pursue my dreams at any length.

I’ve gained the courage to open new doors,
To walk proudly through them as never before.
I’m a new woman, owning goddess and child,
Embracing my dreams with passion and smiles.

No longer afraid to let life come,
My days of controlling the outcome are done.
I’m content to relax and reside in the flow,
To let life take me wherever I’ll go.

Deeper the meaning of each circumstance,
As we examine our choices and each consequence.
So much to learn from, experience and grow,
As we release our attachments, our fears and let go.

I’m climbing the ladder of my evolution,
Each step lifts me further away from confusion.
I can see clearly, I’m on the right course,
There’s no need for doubt, for fear or for force.

There’s a universe out there just waiting for me –
And it blossoms inside as I choose to be free.
This freedom brings passion and love once again,
As I honor my heart as my faithful best friend.
