Faith & Loving Yourself
 Everybody
take a deep breath. I will not be so serious
today and I will not be long. I wish for you
to understand an important but elusive fact
– and that is that the masters of the
universe – the Ascended Masters, all reside
everywhere at once, but they come to speak
to you because we are all a group effort in
progress. Although you may not feel as
expansive as we are, you are that expansive.
Where you are on your path enables you to
have a limited perception, but it also
enables you to expand your light in ways you
don’t perceive- and that is specifically, to
open yourself up through faith.
I would like to explain to you what happens
when you have faith. As a limited being on
Earth, you do not see or understand so much.
So, you have to have faith to move forward,
to have hope- to motivate yourselves through
pain and darkness, fear. And, many times you
don’t know why you are here or what brought
you here, but your leap of faith in each
moment takes you to the next step. And, as
you make this leap, you have opened your
heart to yourself- that’s all that has taken
place. And, as you open your heart to
yourself, and make this leap, what is
released, besides fear- is a great amount of
love and light into the universe.
Now- you’re not conscious of where this
goes, or what happens when it leaves you-
you might feel it in the moment, but I’d
like for you to understand that what happens
with this light and this energy of love is
that it ripples through the universe. And,
what it does specifically is it ripples out
to places where it’s needed most. So,
beings- other human beings, animals, the
mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, - all
the different levels of life- whether it’s a
fairy or a sunbeam or a plant, wherever it
is needed- it goes to the density that it
can help the most. An open heart serves the
universe in ways you can’t imagine.
I tell you now, as you use your faith and
move forward with your guidance, more and
more, your heart opens. More and more you
nurture the universe. And, more and more,
the entire universe is lifted and
enlightened and ascends. So, this is a very
important to way to love. Now, do you
understand why it is so important to love
yourself? It is more important than anything
else. It is more important for you to love
yourself- than another, than anything- than
God- as you anticipate God and see that it’s
outside yourself- which is not true- but as
you see God outside yourself and worship
God, you are not honoring who you are. Yes,
there is more to God than you know and see.
But, the Spirit of God is the same Spirit
that you are. You are part of God. God
knowing himself is the universe. And, as you
breathe, love yourself- because with every
breath and every intentional breath of love,
you have opened your heart to Spirit- to
God- to who you are and to all of the
universe. As you breathe, you carry great
responsibility. It is not a burden. It is an
effortless act of love. But, as you choose
not to love yourself in its different forms,
you limit this. So, as you do love yourself,
you do love others and as you limit
yourself, you limit others.
Everyone has the same power within them, but
there is great joy and love in unity. You
can not keep another from their love, but as
the universe comes together as One, the love
is even greater- and, so too, the way it is
perceived and felt by all levels of the
universe.
